We want you to be happy with your DBYZ purchase. If you are not, this policy explains your options.

Returns

You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is:

  • unworn, unwashed and unused
  • in its original condition with all tags attached
  • in its original packaging

To start a return, email us at team.dbyz@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before we confirm.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Items marked as final sale or sold at a discount (unless faulty)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, email us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the size you want is not available, we will offer a refund instead.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the credit.
  • Original shipping charges are refunded only for damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the cost of sending the item back.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing team.dbyz@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under this policy. If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
