Welcome to DBYZ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at dbyz.lk and any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

This website is operated by Divided By Zero (Pvt) Ltd, trading as DBYZ, based at 38 A/1, Main street, Pujapitiya, 20112, Sri Lanka. You can reach us at team.dbyz@gmail.com or +94772696423. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Divided By Zero (Pvt) Ltd.
2. Using our website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and small variations can occur between items. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we may withdraw or change products at any time.
4. Prices
Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. If we find a pricing error after you order, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.
5. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We will send an email confirmation, but a contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. Payment
Payment is made online at checkout through secure third-party payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. Your order is processed once your payment is confirmed.
7. Delivery
We deliver within Sri Lanka. Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Our Refund Policy explains how to return items, request refunds and cancel orders, and forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the DBYZ name, logo, designs, images, text and graphics, belongs to DBYZ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
We provide the website and products with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, or our liability where it cannot be limited by law.
11. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you agree to that use.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and applies to orders placed after that date.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
